rachel siegel
Rachel Siegel love love LOVES helping folks practice the methods & mindsets of human-centered design to create change within their own spheres of influence. Play and trust-building lie at the heart of her work. Leading with joy and connection, Rachel facilitates psychologically-safe communities in K12, higher ed, and nonprofit spaces that not only enjoy one another, but enjoy co-designing new solutions for real, meaningful change.
Rachel holds a M.S.Ed in School Counseling from Duquesne University and a BA in theatre from Allegheny College. Yes, she is Leah's sister.
Leah hartmann
Leah Konopka Hartmann supports individuals and collaborative teams on their journey toward integrating human-centered design into their practices and growing their creative confidence. She is most energized by the power of hands-on learning, and she brings this to life in rapid prototyping and makerspace education. She has coached executives, service providers, and students of all ages on the importance of leading with empathy.
Leah holds a M.S. in business psychology from Franklin University and a BA in psychology from Allegheny College. She is, indeed, Rachel's sister.
